I purchased a brand-new Toro 21” Commercial push mower from BA Lawn & Garden for my lawn care business. After only two months of normal use, the mower broke down. I took it back expecting the issue to be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, but instead I was told I would be charged $110 per hour just for diagnosis and repairs on a mower that’s practically brand new. For a $2,000 commercial mower that’s only two months old, this is completely unacceptable. I have spent well over $20,000 at BA Lawn & Garden over the years because I believed they stood behind the products they sold. Unfortunately, my experience with Miguel and the service department showed the exact opposite. There was no effort to help, no willingness to advocate for a warranty claim, and no concern for keeping a long-time customer. When you buy commercial equipment, you expect reliable service and support when something goes wrong—especially when the equipment fails so soon after purchase. Instead, I was treated like the problem was mine to pay for. This experience has completely changed my opinion of BA Lawn & Garden. I recently purchased a Toro Titan Max from Broken Arrow Lawn & Garden, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. As the owner, Jonathan took the time to personally help me find the right mower for my property and needs. His knowledge, honesty, and willingness to answer every question made the decision easy. It’s clear that Jonathan genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running a business built on great service and quality products. All the employees were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to help us find exactly what we needed within our budget. We ultimately purchased a 50in zero turn. Financing was easy and painless. Great experience! Delivery was free and easy to schedule to our house in broken arrow. Highly recommend.

Im in the OKC western Oklahoma area, I was calling gravely dealers state wide to figure out if a older model bagger would fit my new mower. It seemed like all the dealers developed the attitude of if your not buying it new from us then we arent going to help. Infact some even told me that they knew it wasnt going to work, as if to shy me away from even trying, I explained with all of them that I didnt have the $2000 dollar plus to buy a new one. I did not get that attitude with Miguel at B&A. Infact I got the attitude of im not for sure, but lets figure it out. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, off and on. At one point he said je was going to call me back in about 15 minutes after checking something. I really thought he was saying that just to get me off the phone, and it was about 20 minutes later, guess who was calling my phone, Miguel! I LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was all happening Friday afternoon. Another worker and I was talking in the last 5 minutes that they was open, he was trying to help too, he said that Miguel had allready left, but this guy was going the extra mile clear up untill the business phones shut off right at 5:30pm. Then Monday morning
